Cross Country practice starts Monday, August 23rd at 3:10 for those students who have turned in COMPLETED forms.

A parent meeting will follow the practice at 3:40PM.  If your child does not have the forms turned in and you know they will be running once the forms are turned in, please attend the parent meeting.

  If you have Kaiser and the physical is good for 2 years, we must have Kaiser put the expiration date on the Sports Physical Examination Form.

• Cross Country Permission Form (form available in the office)

Track Meet transportation requirements:

Any parent transporting students to track meets must have the following
forms on file in the office:

• Copy of Drivers License
• Copy of the declarations page of your insurance stating liability amounts
